Earth Renaissance Technologies, LLC's (ERT) has collected various water treatment technologies primarily designed to meet the needs of smaller communities' culinary and wastewater treatment plants. ERT's Biobrimstone™ wastewater treatment process is a package modular wastewater treatment plant, which can be installed in 30-60 days in a small footprint of 1/2 to 1 acre in size. These modules are designed to treat 1/2 to 1 MGD wastewater. Additional dwell tanks and SO2 generators are brought in as needed to meet expanding needs. The layout employs enclosed tanks for odor suppression and deactivating many pharmaceuticals and perchlorates via the oxidation/reduction and acidification/alkalization cycles. These cycles generate conditioned treated effluent for agricultural applications.A typical full treatment modular wastewater plant has the following configuration:

The solids are separated without polymers and chemically dried for burning, gasification, or municipal disposal.

Typically ERT visits a project and designs a system to treat all wastewater inflows, or only a portion of wastewater process flows to meet end user requirements and permitting constraints. It will then install and operate the system on a lease or subcontracting basis.
