Management Team |
Earth Renaissance Technologies, LLC's (ERT) is managed by the principals of Stewardship Water & Gas Company (SWAGCO) and Harmon Systems International (HSI). ERT was formed in 2006 to blend SWAGCO's wastewater treatment technology with HSI's extensive irrigation water and soil conditioning technology to recover and condition wastewater for an end user's agricultural water, and soil needs. |

Marcus G. Theodore, managing partner, is a chemist and patent attorney, who has been working on wastewater treatment methods employing sulfurous acid disinfection, since the 1980's. He has a B.S. in Chemistry, a B.S. in Finance, a J.D., and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah and is in charge of permitting, plant evaluations, technical operations and management of ERT's intellectual property portfolio. He is CEO of SWAGCO, and has owned and operated various types of businesses ranging from dental bleaching to a publicly traded divorce counseling product company. |

Larry Wardle, CFO of ERT, is in charge of financial feasibility and cost studies for ERT's various field applications. He has a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University and is President of Security West Financial Company, established in 1984, and CEO of Environmental Energies Inc., a renewable energy development company. He has been providing funding or arranging financing for agricultural equipment, farmland, energy projects and various new businesses for over thirty years. |

Terry R. Gong, managing partner, is a long time resident of California. He has a B.S. in Business Economics from St. Mary's College of California, and is a partner in Harmon Systems International, LLC (HSI) and ERT. During the past 12 years, Terry collaborated with the late Dr. Thomas Ruehr, Professor Soil Science Cal-Poly State University San Luis Obispo on several projects; and provided consulting services and equipment to amend water for various industries which include: Landscape, Turf-grass, and Golf Courses; Large scale farming operations producing high value crops such as wine grapes, citrus, strawberries, avocados, almonds, pistachios, pomegranates, cotton, potatoes, tomatoes, alfalfa, etc.; Ornamental Horticulture; Sugar refining; Coal Bed Natural Gas Production Water, Sheridan, WY for direct land application; Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facilities such as: East Bay Municipal Utility District, Oakland, CA video promoting the use of Recycled Water and how to prevent salt accumulation; Montalvo and Saticoy Wastewater Treatment Plants, Ventura County, CA. He is a co-inventor of ERT's main patents, and has written and presented several abstracts on these topics as various symposiums in Wyoming and California. |

John Harmon, Chief of manufacturing and design, is in charge of manufacturing and system design. He is president of Harmon Systems International, LLC (HIS) and worked with his father to design and manufacture various Harmon SO2 Generators to meet various needs of farmers for over 50 years. HSI has been manufacturing and servicing sulfurous acid generators to treat irrigation water for crop watering, and golf course treatment and was retained to solve wastewater treatment plant operational problems. John is not only lead inventor of the ERT package wastewater system, but has designed a variety of mechanical systems, including the Harmon Rocket airplane kit. |

Bill Atkin, a manager of Harmon Systems International, is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent. Experienced in all facets of turf management, he has been responsible for providing sales and service of the Harmon Systems International technology since the mid 90‘s to the golf course industry. In addition, as president of Turf Tech, Inc. Bill has gained invaluable experience treating wastewater and addressing salinity issues. He could be considered one of the most experienced users of sulfurous acid as it relates to golf course and turf management applications. |

Dr. Thomas A. Ruehr, recently deceased, served as project consultant for ERT. Dr. Ruehr was professor of earth and soil sciences at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California. |
